As you navigate each module, there will be a self-assessment at the end. This is an opportunity to reflect on how you really engaged with the material in the module.
Being honest about our effort can have a large impact on our confidence about the material. Never feel badly about going back through the module again if you think you may have been distracted. This step is very important if you struggle with testing anxiety.
